Villa Renata is a small villa with three apartments: GRAN SASSO, ANTELAO, and PELMO. Each apartment has its own private garden and independent entrance from the road. There are also two parking spaces for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles. A large 350 m2 garden is located at the back of the GRAN SASSO apartment and can also be used by the occupants of the other apartments.

The villa has 16 beds in bedrooms and 6 beds in sofa beds for a total of 22 beds. There are also 4 bathrooms.
