Nice vacation house

We enjoyed very much our stay at the vacation house. Very well equipped, lovely surroundings, near the sea and other sights of the area. Checking in and checkout without any problems.

Nice house in quiet surroundings

Some minor criticism regarding cleanliness of grill, broken toilet seat and damp outdoor cushions, but rest was great

We really enjoyed staying at this summer house - it was very well equipped, comfortable and peaceful

We really enjoyed staying at this summer house - it was very well equipped, comfortable and peaceful. Our only concern related to the linen - which we had prebooked, as we were flying and didn't want to bring bedding and towels. The linen was not there when we arrived - but this was quickly rectified following a phone call. However, the linen packs each contain a single duvet cover and single sheet - which is not great, when two of the beds were a double and a king size. We had to improvise with single sheets on double beds and, fortunately, found a large under sheet in the house. I hope that this was just a "one off" - but would advise caution if you are booking the bed linen, as our experience was somewhat unsatisfactory. That said, we overall really enjoyed our stay.

Grundsätzlich helles, freundliches Ferienhaus wie beschrieben, Lage gut (nah zu Kopenhagen, Helsingør (Fähre nach Schweden), Hornbæk). Haus durch Bäume/Hecken gut geschützt. Ausstattung im Großen und Ganzen wie beschrieben und in Ordnung, es war "alles da" was man so braucht. 3 Kinder hatten viel Platz zum Spielen draußendrinnen. Haus und Ausstattung grundsätzlich modern, trotzdem z.T. abgewohnt, nicht gut gepflegt (Regalbretter wackelig, Duschkabine marode, Sessel riecht nach kaltem Rauch, obere Bett des Doppelstockbetts eignet sich ausschließlich für kleine Kinder (kurz, Gartenstuhlauflagen statt Matratze). ACHTUNG: 4. Schlafzimmer in Nebengebäude! Wirkt eher wie Abstellraum, muffig, Betonboden, zwei einzelne schmale Betten, Kühlschrank, alter Sessel. Konnten wir so nicht nutzen. Waschmaschine funktioniert, das war super! Sauberkeit generell oberflächlich völlig ok, aber es gab lange keine Tiefenreinigung mehr schätzen wir. Wir würden es trotzdem wieder buchen da preislich ok!

Dreckig und Kaution fehlt

Verstehe nicht wieso ich die Kaution plus das Geld für die Reinigungspauschale nicht zurückbekomme! Wieso dauert das so lange?!
