Centrally located 7mins to Light Stadium/ & the beach (Sunderland)
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Yet peaceful, it’s hard to believe it’s in the city center. A period house, built in early 1900. This house is spacious in most part with high ceiling. It has character and is setup for my guests to feel at home. It is within 8 mins to various leisurely events and places. Rocker beach, Hendon beach are only 7 to 6 mins away. You can enjoy the nearby beaches with extra towels provided and comfortable and peaceful sleeps in comfortable beds. The Stadium of Light is also 7 mins drive and takes 30mins to walk. The award winning park of Mowbray is 6 mins walk away. Various restaurants are not far either. Metro, train and bus stations are almost a stone throw away.
