Villetta Federica is a holiday home in Marina di Campo, one of the most popular seaside resorts on the Island of Elba.
Villetta Federica is located in a quiet area within a residential complex of villas; the house has an independent entrance and is on two levels: on the ground floor there is a large living room with a double sofa, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower; on the first floor there is another bathroom with shower cubicle and a double bedroom with access to a private terrace. On the ground floor there is a large outdoor area equipped with table and chairs. Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. Private parking spaces inside the property.
