The CHÊNE loft celebrates the king tree of the Bertranges forest. Some evenings, the balcony allows you to admire breathtaking sunsets over the Loire. Very beautiful loft on two levels, bright and quiet, 70m2 on the 2nd floor, designed for 5 to 6 people. It consists of a large living area equipped with a sofa bed (160x200), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker and oven, a spacious dining area and a very pleasant lounge/office area opening onto a small balcony, a bathroom (Italian shower, rain head, towel warmer) and separate WC. The mezzanine bedroom with oak parquet floor has a king size bed and a single bed, with a view over the city's rooftops. Wifi wired for better connection. Individual heating and air conditioning by heat pump. High performance insulation. Bed linen, towels, tea towels, household and toiletries provided. Laundry room with washing machine and ironing equipment available on the ground floor. The building does not have a lift. Shops, services, car park and station nearby. Cyclists welcome. A few steps from the historic district and the Loire.
Completely renovated in 2022, with comfort and taste, LARBRENVILLE is a small 19th century building, located in a quiet street in the heart of La Charité sur Loire, close to amenities, historical sites and city attractions.
