Villa Cas Cosinet is an old 17th century winery restored and converted into a beautiful 400 m2 property that has a spacious layout with 5 bedrooms, a swimming pool and an extensive 1000 m2 garden.

In the area of access to the house, we find an area under a large vine that provides shade and freshness, and an outdoor table area ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. -Use heating/air conditioning responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close the windows and doors so that the cold or hot air does not escape.

-Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
