Small apartment in the countryside, 3 km from the sea, with a separate entrance and a fenced-in yard; 1 bedroom without a window but with an opening onto the living room, equipped with sliding glass doors and a blackout curtain; 1 bathroom; and a living room with a kitchenette and a sleeper sofa; reserved parking space. Everything needed for daily cleaning will be provided for guests. Disposable sheets and towels can be requested at a cost of 10 euros per person. The garden is equipped with a barbecue. Just a few kilometres away are the historic centre, the picturesque village of Bolgheri, and the stunning Gulf of Baratti.
