On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen fully equipped with every amenity (oven, pod coffee machine, fridge-freezer, and everything needed for cooking).On the same floor, there is a large living room with high vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, a relaxation area, an extendable table that seats 12 people, plus a TV and stereo system. The floor is completed by a bathroom with a toilet and a washing machine, and a spacious panoramic terrace equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue.<br>A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which has just been renovated, where you’ll find the master bedroom with a small terrace and a bunk bed.<br>Also on the second floor is the second bathroom and the double bedroom/study, equipped with a computer and a piano.<br>The property also includes a private parking space and a locked, covered storage area for bicycles and motorcycles.<br>Utilities and 100 GB of internet are included in the living room (renewable at a cost of 7 euros per 100 GB).<br><br>The town is strategically located for both summer and winter stays, on the border of the regions of Tuscany, Umbria, and Lazio. <br>Orvieto, Pienza, Pitigliano, the summit of Mount Amiata, and the thermal baths of Sorano are all within easy reach. <br><br>It’s the perfect destination for hiking and cycling excursions.
