The living room opens directly onto the large wooden terrace, which is partially covered, allowing you to enjoy the sea view while relaxing or dining outdoors. The property has two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed with two single mattresses, making it ideal for families or small groups. The interior layout is practical, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxing after a day at the nearby beach or exploring the surrounding area. The terrace and garden provide plenty of space for enjoying the sun, dining al fresco, or simply taking in the fresh coastal air. The home’s location on a natural plot ensures a sense of privacy while still being within reach of the dunes and North Sea beaches, perfect for swimming, walks, or outdoor activities. No rentals to youth groups are permitted, ensuring a peaceful and family-friendly environment.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
