Located in the quiet villa district of Costa Nova, right next to a large forest, you will find Casa de la Buena Vida. A beautiful detached villa, at walking distance from cosy restaurants, several beaches and coves, a tennis court and viewpoint Cap de la Nau. The popular beaches Platja de la Granadella, Platja del Portixol and Platja de l'Arenal are also in the immediate vicinity. Here you will find all the ingredients to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family, friends and/or relatives. Immerse yourself in the Spanish way of life and... in the private pool. Casa de la Buena Vida literally means 'house of the good life'. As soon as you enter the villa, you immediately understand why. The Ibiza-style villa is equipped with plenty of luxury and comfort. Start the day with your favourite 'desayuno', which you can prepare independently in the well-equipped kitchen with built-in appliances. Or enjoy a siesta in the large living room or one of the comfortable bedrooms, all air-conditioned. Beautiful bathrooms and a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) complete the villa. The accommodation offers plenty of space and plenty of privacy for everyone present. One of the bathrooms has a luxurious walk-in shower and the other has a bathtub with shower. Treat yourself to a fresh cup of Nespresso coffee and take a seat in the beautiful living room with modern Sonos sound system and smart TV, for a unique cinema experience. WiFi works throughout the villa and you'll find several USB ports and wireless phone charging points, also making it an ideal base for workations and digital nomads. Tired and satisfied from a beautiful (beach) day? Then plop down on the exceptionally comfortable beds in the elegant bedrooms. Without vermin or (noise) nuisance, because all windows are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters. You can store your clothes effortlessly in the spacious built-in wardrobes. What really makes 'Casa de la Buena Vida' your holiday destination? Of course, we saved the best for last. Because in the beautifully landscaped garden - including palm trees, cypresses and various plants - you will find the pièce de résistance of this villa: the large (5x10 m), heated private pool. Enjoy the sun to the full from one of the 8 sunbeds along the poolside. In the garden house, directly adjacent to the pool, there is a toilet, shower and sink. After relaxing, it's time for some good food and drinks. This can be done at the large dining table under the veranda or at one of the other nice seats in the garden.
