* Living/ dining room with single sofa bed and TV (Spanish channels). WIFI
* Equipped kitchen (fridge. microwave, Italian coffee maker, toaster).
* Bathroom with shower.
Located in the area of La Riera de la Cuana, very close to the port of Roses 1,000m from Playa dels Palangrers. It is a good starting point to visit the beautiful area of the Costa Brava.
Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural, animations in summer, walk along the seafront with many restaurants and local specialties. Not to mention the pleasant rest on the sandy beach. The beaches of Roses enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.Possible short stays depending on the season.
The apartment is included in the Roses tourist apartment registration number HUTG-011403-56 (essential to rent the same).
Arrival and departure times can be adjusted according to the season.
The price does not include bed linen and towels.
At the indicated prices you must add the tourist tax of 1,00 € per person over 16 years of age. The tax is per person and per day (with a maximum of 7€ par person and stay).
