Just as described, but actually closer to the beach than we thought. Clean and comfortable, only tiny niggles such as the bathroom door not quite closing fully and one of the bulbs blowing. Not bad considering.

Greenacres is much more spacious than the pictures show. Loads of space for 4 and the gardens are big too. Very comfortable and well equipped, didn’t get that “empty” feeling that some holiday lets have. Also it was such a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pie and pub quiz night at the very friendly aqua bar just down the way. Also the art gallery and cafe a few mins walk away is wonderful. Very quiet and peaceful. Look out for bunnies in the garden! Would love to stay again
