Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms (one double and two twin) all with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. 3 bathrooms (one with bathtub) split over two floors. Well equipped modern open plan kitchen complete with an indoor dining area and a spacious lounge area to relax.

Private overflow infinity pool, sunbathing terrace and a spacious outdoor area. Outdoor kitchen comprising of a BBQ, Pizza Oven, sink and an outdoor dining area and pergola.
In addition there is a sunken lounge area perfectly positioned to enjoy the panoramic views.

The nearest beach, shops and tavernas are just 1km away in the charming village of Tolo which boasts waterfront dining and a blue flag beach.

The villa is perfectly positioned to enjoy all the archaeological sites the Peloponnese has to offer along with the beautiful city of Nafplio.

Due to the elevated location of the villa a car is recommended throughout your stay.

Amazing View and perfect location

The property was much higher up the hill than we thought, but this was for the better; we had stunning views and wonderful breezes. Perhaps the best part of the experience was Marianthi, the property manager. She was extremely helpful and her recommendations for restaurants and other needs were perfect. We had a perfect 3 week stay.

We all fell in love with Greece many years ago, the people, the scenery and the food!
We chose this area of the Peloponnese due to its close proximity to various archaeological sites, the beautiful city of Nafplio and stunning beaches and scenery nearby.

What makes this property unique

The property was designed by award winning architects and is in fact one of a kind. It has 180 degree views of both sea and mountain - the photos really don't do it justice.
