This house was created through the partial restoration of a farmhouse that was once in the countryside and is now on the outskirts of town. The house offers peace and quiet and views of the countryside, including a beautiful organic olive grove that I planted in 1998. The house consists of an entryway with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a portion of an outdoor veranda with a beach umbrella and a barbecue. The living room features a functional double sleeper sofa. The house is located on the ground floor along with two other similar adjacent apartments that I often rent to families who want to spend their holidays together while still maintaining their privacy. The house is located just 700 metres from the town centre and 900 metres from Marina Beach. The town, one of Italy’s most beautiful villages, offers picturesque views, breathtaking scenery, and a charming, well-maintained historic centre, with several restaurants where you can enjoy delicious seafood caught daily by a fleet of small fishing boats. There are also several bars where you can have fun or enjoy romantic moments watching the sunset over the sea. The town is strategically located near other beautiful destinations in northern Sardinia. It’s about 35 km from Porto Torres, where several ferries dock, and about 70 km from Alghero Airport. In addition to enjoying the beautiful and varied coastline, just a few kilometres away you can participate in a variety of activities: diving at shoals and shipwrecks with a historic dive centre, surfing lessons with the Bullysurfclub, fishing, and trips on inflatable boats available for rent at the well-equipped marina—and much more. Just a few kilometres from Castelsardo are the Casteldoria thermal baths, where you can undergo winter treatments or simply bathe in the warm river waters.
