Very spacious, great character to the property, calming views, lovely pool. A thoroughly enjoyable stay for a large family group of all ages. Easy access into Las Palmas Old Town and lovely city beaches. Completely away from over-touristy areas.

Gran Canaria

Lovey spot that could use some updating. The bathrooms were not excellent. The shower did not work in one and the others needed to be snaked. It was roomy and the kitchen and rest of the house was nice.

Lovey spot that could use some updating. The bathrooms were not excellent. The shower did not work in one and the others needed to be snaked. It was roomy and the kitchen and rest of the house was nice.

Relaxing quiet holiday

The Villa is stunning and very big. Two families of four were lost in the size. It’s such a lovely quiet place. The balcony overlooking the pool was relaxing with a coffee until the sun was ready. Then the day was by the pool with intermittent table tennis or pool or food in the outdoor terrace. This is a great place if you don’t want a busy holiday. The issue is the location, a local expensive shop is within a 5 minute walk. Most things can be bought to cook yourself. The Spar is 1km away which is bigger and cheaper and has a taxi rank outside to take you back with the shopping (€5). If you want restaurants then the area at the Spar is the nearest, so it’s a good walk there and back afterwards but there are some lovely restaurants. There is a restaurant nearby too in a very lovely setting and I would recommend this. But most places have limited English speaking and generally no English menus (google translate came in very handy). The area is really quiet, you hardly see any other people or neighbours. To benefit more I would recommend hiring a car to explore more. We went to the north east beach area by taxi (€25 each way), but this was more for the locals, although we found a lovely Italian. We would have love to have seen more of the island but with no transport we couldn’t. In general, it was very relaxing, great Villa just a very quiet location.

Je trouve que votre système de mise à disposition de chambre (une chambre pour deux personnes) complique tout et crée la confusion. Nous sommes tous adultes et nous n’avons pas envie de partager notre chambre. L’annonce précise 5 chambres et concerne donc des clients qui veulent une grande maison.Il vaudrait mieux afficher un tarif de location "maison entière" et éventuellement accepter de faire un tarif dégressif si les clients ne veulent en occuper qu’une partie.Là nous avons eu l’impression d’une annonce un peu mensongère puisque pour avoir les 5 chambres précisées au prix affiché. C’est dommage dans l’annoce il a fallu rajouter 700

Le système de tarification par nombre de chambres ouvertes est clairement indiqué dans la description de l’annonce. Le tarif affiché correspond à l’occupation d’un certain nombre de chambres en fonction du nombre de personnes, et les chambres supplémentaires peuvent être ouvertes moyennant un supplément. Par ailleurs, juste après chaque réservation, nous envoyons également un e-mail aux clients afin de leur rappeler ce fonctionnement et de leur permettre de nous indiquer à l’avance s’ils souhaitent ouvrir des chambres supplémentaires. Dans votre cas, les 5 chambres ont donc été ouvertes à votre demande afin que chaque adulte puisse disposer de sa propre chambre, comme vous le souhaitiez. Nous sommes désolés si ce fonctionnement a pu créer de la confusion, mais il ne s’agit en aucun cas d’un coût ajouté de manière cachée : l’information est disponible dans l’annonce et fait également l’objet d'un rappel après la réservation.
