These are my pros and cons about this place
Pros:
- Location, very easy to go almost any where from there. Plenty of restaurants, stores and 25 min away from Sol walking .
- Apartment, brand new kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer.
- Storage, plenty of storage space for one person.
Con:
- Building, the apartment is on ground level which means you will hear people making noise, opening the window is not an option unless you want to compromise your own privacy and security.
- Temperature, there is AC but you wont be able to control it and because the apartment is on ground level it gets very humid when it rains.
- Lack of Space, the kitchen takes a lot of space, there is not a single desk or table for any one to eat or work at .
- Security Deposit is 3 times more than the avg
In conclusion, I will NOT rent an apartment from this company again , mostly because the deposit and the place feels almost claustrophobic.
