Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the sought after El Balcon Complex of Carmenes del Mar.



The property has amazing views of La Herradura and the bay and a very well kept communal swimming pool and access to a basketball court.



The apartment is very spacious with large open plan living/dining room, good sized kitchen with all the necessary appliances, two bedrooms, one twin and one double and two bathrooms, both with showers and one with a bath.



Off the living area is a large terrace with seating for 4 people. Also off the double bedroom, is another balcony with seating perfect for a morning coffee!



The apartment has wifi, integrated air conditioning/heating and television.
