Concept Apartment Two-room Letojanni Taormina Sea

The Artist Beach Apartment is the first concept apartment designed to offer an immersive experience in our “Sicilia Bedda.”

Renovated and furnished with entirely hand-painted furniture inspired by 18th-century Sicilian art, it is equipped with all modern amenities and features spacious, bright, and airy areas.

It is located in a central, very quiet area, just a short walk from the beach and bus and train stops, allowing for easy travel to nearby cities.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family-owned building, accessible via just 20 steps. It features an entryway that opens onto a hallway leading to the various areas of the home.

There is a spacious and comfortable living room, furnished with a sofa, a wall unit, a table with chairs, and a TV. There is also a balcony overlooking a private street, so there is no traffic. There is a spacious bedroom furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, two nightstands, and a chest of drawers. The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including cookware, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a pod-style coffee maker, utensils and dishes, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. Finally, the last room in the house is the bathroom, which has also been completely renovated and is equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Inside the apartment, in addition to the furniture, you’ll find paintings and various other decorative items hand-painted by Taormina-based artist Tino Giammona. Everything you see that is part of his collection is available for purchase. Ours is a “concept apartment” precisely because it was designed as a showcase for his works.

Guests have unrestricted access to all areas of the apartment. Only guests are permitted access to the apartment.

A parking space in the private, uncovered garage—located directly across from the apartment—is available upon request and for a fee (subject to availability).

If there is a third guest, an extra bed will be placed in the living room.

Upon arrival, clean sheets and a set of towels will be provided, as well as a courtesy set for the bathroom and one for the kitchen. The bathroom set includes shower gel and shampoo; coffee pods, herbal teas, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar for the kitchen.

Upon request and for a fee, we can provide a change of sheets, a change of towels, or an extra cleaning of the apartment based on your needs. You may also purchase any individual items from the complimentary sets (coffee, herbal teas, and shower gel and shampoo).

The booking price does not include the tourist tax, which amounts to €1.00 per person per night and must be paid in cash (children under 12 are exempt).

In the event of any damage to furniture or furnishings, guests will be charged the full amount or the costs necessary for repairs.

Should any item—whether part of the furnishings or not—be missing, the full value of the item will be charged to the guests.

Check-in is guaranteed by 8:00 PM. Late check-in is available upon request and for a fee, no later than 12:00 a.m.

Electronic cigarettes and other tobacco products may be smoked only on the balcony. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
