Nice summer house near the water's edge
Lovely summer house - just a stone's throw from the water's edge. With this fine location, the house is one of the closest you can get to Enø's fantastic beach.
From the house there is a nice view over the beach and towards the marina, where you can also follow the ships entering Karrebæksminde.
The house was built in 2020 in good and sensible materials and is usable all year round. The house consists of a large kitchen/family room and living room, from which there is direct access to the beautiful terrace, where many sunsets can be enjoyed. There are also two bedrooms with two beds each.
In addition, behind the house there is an insulated and heated annex with two sleeping places. On this side of the plot, you can also stay completely sheltered and completely shameless.
Leisure life can be lived out and enjoyed in this house - you can take a trip to the beach just a few steps from the house and if you want to have a meal, buy a freshly caught fish for lunch or pick up fresh bread from the baker by the canal, it's just "around the corner".
