The house accommodates 16 adults and is 200 meters from all the restaurants and entertainment in Altea. In total it has 6 bedrooms plus 4 sofa beds, 3 kitchens, 6 bathrooms and several terraces. all with sea views! It is bikefirendly and ideal for large families or groups of friends.

The house is 6 floors in total. It has entrances from both streets and can be divided into three units for more privacy. each unit has its fully equipped kitchen. In total there are 16 adults. It has several terraces with impressive views. the units are connected to each other by an internal staircase.
