Spacious 3 bedroom family house a short walking distance from the Promenade, Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Waterpark.
Abbey House is in an ideal location just a short walk away from the new South Promenade, Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Water Park. The beautiful Promenade is scattered with numerous pubs, food stalls, markets, arcades, and restaurants including Weatherspoon's, Yates's, and the elegant Beach House. Transport links are easily accessible if you’re wanting to head towards the town centre to visit other local attractions such as Blackpool Tower and The Sealife Centre.
Abbey House is newly furnished throughout offering a modern and contemporary living space. There is a cosy living room with two sofas and a dining area with a six-seater table. The house offers three stylish bedrooms and in total includes 3 x double beds and 1 x single bed. There is a spacious family bathroom which includes a bath with an overhead shower. The property includes a fully fitted kitchen with laundry facilities, a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, pots, pans, and all other crockery essentials.
Externally the property offers a private garden area with artificial grass and dining facilities.
There is on-street parking available, however, this cannot be reserved as free to the public.
The house is perfect for a family getaway in a great location with an abundance of local entertainment.
