We wanted a central, quiet location and this was ideal. Thoughtfully designed, snug space, inside and out. Well equipped for a couple and our dogs. Our host was very efficient, helpful and friendly.

This was our third stay. Always clean and very tastefully decorated. Close to lots of amenities and places to see, both on foot or by car. Right next to Bewdley railway station, part of the Severn Valley railway so great for enthusiast.

An absolute gem

A lovely compact property fabulously decorated and ideally situated for Bewdley town centre, restaurants, cafés, pubs etc and the Severn Valley Railway. The accomodation was immaculately clean, comfortable bed excellent shower room and kitchen and a little sun trap courtyard. A delightful stay.

A perfect bolt hole for a couple wanting a relaxed holiday. Very close to Bewdley town with lots of nice shops restaurants and pubs 3 minute walk . Bewdley Severn Valley station 3 min walk . The Annexe is attached to owners property but is private and has own parking spot very quite area. Kitchen well equpped with a microwave ,toaster two ring table top cooker hob ( great for snack meals but so many places to eat and a tesco and sainsbury in Bewdley for any supplies . Also ironing board , hair dryer. Nice shower room. And a tower fan was really appreciated in the hot weather.

Everything we needed for our stay & the little extra treats were a nice surprise. Spotlessly clean, cosy, quiet & the best nights sleep away from home we've had in a long time. 2 minute walk to Severn Valley Railway so ideal for our weekend plans. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

1940s weekend

We had an excellent weekend on the Severn railway, the property was 300 yards from the Station , we had everything within walking distance. The property its self was excellent , all mod cons , a wonderful comfy bed, great shower and kitchen, All highly recommended.

Pre Christmas break

Overall it was brilliant, we arrived in the dark and lost our bearings as the road to the property was closed, we called the host who promptly gave us alternative directions, the property was well equipped, peaceful, cozy, warm, close to town, plenty of bars and eateries in a beautiful setting, would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Weekend break to visit family

The annexe was a perfect short stay for us and to visit family. It is very tastefully decorated and there were some added extras that show the owners care. It was a perfect location in being a short walk from Bewdley town centre which has plenty of pleasant eating and drinking places to relax and unwind. The steam trains which we could see from our courtyard were lovely to see too. There are many walks in the area, some of which we sampled, but intend to revisit to visit some that are further away. All in all an excellent experience. Thank you to our hosts.

Woodbine Halt is well appointed, very clean, neat and really nicely arranged, and so quiet at night despite being so close to the town centre. It's decorated beautifully, and our host went above and beyond to provide little touches to make our stay a home from home. You're only a short walk from the river, and from a great selection of pubs and restaurants. Our host was also really easy to contact and attentive without intruding.A lovely place to stay and we would not hesitate to book again.
