Casa Congrio K-Murcia Holiday Rentals Property

This is a superbly located bright and airy apartment on the 2nd floor in the 5 star golf resort of La Torre Golf, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with new walk-in shower and spacious sunny south east facing terrace with dining table and relaxing seats. Its located in the center of the resort with the supermarket opposite and a view of the swimming pool.



The accommodation is fully equipped with the following: lift, garden furniture, terrace, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, tennis court, padle tennis court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house (not just bedrooms), communal swimming pool, garage and car park, TV/Satellite (languages: Spanish, Dutch English etc. ), DVD player.



In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided



With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!



The large swimming pool and children's pool are fantastic for cooling off in the summer and are not far away from the property. The resort centre features a golf clubhouse (where clubs can be hired), restaurants, bars and an excellent supermarket which are all an easy stroll away from the property.



The property is ideal for both golfers and those on less energetic holidays. It also makes a great base for a family holiday.



Our guests staying at La Torre also have the added benefit of our fully staffed office at the resort, where you can get assistance, advice and recommendations, as well as help with any aspect of your travel or accommodations. Our staff speak Spanish, English, French and Arabic.

The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. Located right in front of the supermarket and very close to the central square of the whole. We play Padel and the courts are very good. Neighbors are very friendly I really liked it. Loved it

Murcia Holiday Rentals is a city within a city. If you don't feel like moving, you're in the right place, everything is nearby, supermarket, restaurants, activities... The complex is secure and controlled. The accommodation was faithful to the description, clean and with everything you need. The terrace with direct view of the pool is really a plus especially with children. Fay was available, very pleasant and above all very responsive. I had a problem with the air conditioning, it arrived within 10m👍🏽 The stay went very well.

Good location overlooking the communal swimming pool , easily accessible.

Reclining Sun lounger chairs on the East facing terrace, very comfortable for catching the early morning sunshine Comfortable, good quality leather sofa in the lounge offers good back support while watching TV. Smart TV with all the English channels and Netflix. Good WiFi. I booked the apartment for 10 days, I would’ve stayed longer, unfortunately, the mattresses were too firm for my liking and I didn’t sleep well. Memory foam mattresses or memory foam toppers would be so much more comfortable.
