The ground floor of the apartment features a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a spacious, naturally lit area that includes the living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make coffee in the morning or cook a meal with fresh ingredients you can find nearby.

Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with closet space and a spacious full bathroom.

You can also enjoy a private terrace within the apartment, perfect for spending a sunny afternoon or enjoying the evening with your favourite drink.
The condo features an incredible terrace, adorned with plants, a TV area with a 70-inch screen, and comfortable furniture; this area is shared with other guests.

On the rooftop, you’ll also find a large charcoal grill. There is a cleaning fee of $500 pesos for its use, and you’ll need to reserve it in advance to have exclusive use of the space. Don’t forget to check with your host!

All apartments feature excellent high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for working from home. You’ll find Smart TVs in both the living room and bedrooms, a safe, blackout curtains, and a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

You have access to one free parking space, with the option to request an additional space for an extra fee.

We have security personnel and smart locks in the apartments.
