Spacious loft with a large terrace and patio. This loft, featuring a comfortable bathroom and open kitchen, is an intimate and peaceful place to relax. Located in a very quiet area on a beautiful cliff, it’s also close to all the main transport links to the rest of the island.
Barbara, the owner, lives in the same building and is available to assist guests with any of their needs. The loft includes a private parking space right at the building’s entrance. It is fully equipped with bedding and towels, an oven, a refrigerator, an induction cooktop, and a small pantry for late arrivals.
Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. and check-out is before 11:00 a.m. I personally handle the cleaning, strictly following the guidelines from the Ministry of Health. I treat the apartment with an ozone generator after guests check out, also for my own protection. The apartment is thoroughly ventilated for 24 hours after being disinfected with a steam cleaner—especially mattresses, armchairs, and cushions. Pillows are washed at 60 degrees for each guest, and all white linens—towels, sheets, and kitchen towels—are washed at 90 degrees and steam-ironed. I’m proud of my work and know that I meet both official requirements and my own personal standards.
There will be a 100€ security deposit, which will be refunded if there are no issues.
A cleaning fee of 35€ is required at the end of your stay.

The building is located very close to a walking trail that leads to the beach and the fishing village, where there are restaurants right on the beach.
