Our cottage is ideally located, to enjoy the benefits of nature, clean air, beach and landscapes. Nothing better than a house in the hills and facing the Rhune to rest, relax, and take meals outside on the large terrace, away from everyday worries and stress of the city.
It's in a friendly and elegant environment that we welcome you.

Grand T3 of 96 m2 consists of:
- 1 living area with sofa bed
- 1 opened kitchen
- 1 bedroom for 2 people with 160 bed and a large closet.
- 1 bedroom with two beds in 90 and a large closet
- 1 large bathroom with a bath

Remote location, tranquil set.

The good: a clean and spacious gite with decent facilities and use of a lovely pool. Located near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, a couple of miles from the N918 and ten minutes from St Jean de Luz. The outside space is sufficient with chairs and loungers. In the garage are bikes available for tenants. We enjoyed our stay, even on the wet days. The not so good: really some tweaks which would have made our stay better. New towels please to replace the thin old ones in the bathroom. Providing bin bags, washing machine and dishwasher tablets, extra toilet rolls would have helped a lot. Also among all the written details of local markets and tourist sites, information regarding where to dump rubbish and recycling would have saved us so much time looking. Similarly, a list of local shops (nearest Boulangerie and supermarkets especially) would have been a godsend. Finally, we found the sofa difficult - arms falling off, cover slipping, etc. and a satellite TV system with English speaking channels would have been lovely. These are minor points but ones that future tenants would appreciate.

J’apprécie toujours les commentaires qui permettent d’offrir plus d’informations aux futurs vacanciers, même si bon nombre d’entres elles sont déjà mentionnées sur le site. Je vais donc répondre à ce que vous définissez comme le « moins bon » : Il est précisé sur le contrat (en français) et sur le site que les consommables sont fournies en quantité limitée (papier toilette, détergent …..), et c’est mieux que rien ! Le linge de toilette comprend pour 1 semaine et par personne : 2 grandes serviettes de bain et 1 serviette plus petite. Comme indiqué sur le site et le contrat, les serviettes de plage ne sont pas fournies dans le gite. Pour le reste (supermarché, boulangerie ….) lisez la description sur le site ou POSEZ LES QUESTIONS, par Email, SMS, téléphone ou en venant nous voir, nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous renseigner. Nous avons commandé un canapé, non pas pour les accoudoirs, mais pour l’usure prématurée du revêtement. Dommage que la livraison n’est pas eu lieu durant votre séjour. À ce jour le nouveau canapé est en place dans le gite. Les programmes de la TL sont en Français et en Espagnol, une bonne occasion pour les vacanciers étrangers de parfaire leurs connaissances dans l’une de ces 2 langues durant leur séjour. Au plaisir de vous recevoir à nouveau au pays basque.

Très bon séjour

Le gîte est conforme à l'annonce, mais la piscine se trouve sur la parcelle des propriétaires (très, très sympathiques). Cependant, elle est accessible de 10 h à 19 h, et les propriétaires sont très discrets. Le gîte est bien entretenu et est idéalement placé : très proche de Saint-Jean-de-Luz, de l'Espagne. C'est un très bon compromis entre mer et montagne. Le seul petit bémol est les reflux de la microcentrale, qui sont parfois un peu tenaces, mais nous avons tous passé d'excellentes vacances. C'est un endroit idéal pour les amoureux de la nature, car la région est magnifique. Les propriétaires sont arrangeants, soucieux de bien faire, et aussi pleins de bons conseils.

Pour le petit bémol, dont aucun vacancier n’a été impacté depuis plus de 10 ans de louage, pourquoi ne pas nous avoir informé de cette mésaventure durant votre séjour, nous aurions fait le nécessaire immédiatement. Un professionnel est intervenu hier, le problème est résolu.

Très bon séjour dans le pays basque

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le pays basque. Le logement est très bien placé pour visiter les environs (st jean de luz, Hendaye, Biarritz, espelette,…). La propriétaire a laissé beaucoup d’indications sur les visites et donne des conseils. L’appartement est grand et très propre avec de la literie confortable. Il faut savoir que La piscine est dans le jardin des propriétaires qui sont très discrets. Elle est très bien entretenue/chauffée avec des marches sur la moitié du bord(idéal pour les enfants).

Très bon séjour malgré un temps pas très clément. Le logement super bien agencé et propre. La propriétaire bien qu elle se soit absentée est très accueillante et disponible. Nous n avons pas trop profité de la piscine car le temps ne s y prêtait pas mais mais c'est très agréable de l avoir à disposition. Nous avons visité la région, c est très beau. Il y a beaucoup de choses à visiter. Je recommande ST SÉBASTIEN en Espagne

Das Inserat und die Bilder sind sehr treffend- die Lage ist etwas versteckt, aber sehr ruhig und eine gute Basis für Wanderungen und Ausflüge bis nach Bilbao und Bordeaux. Sehr gute Vorab-Informationen, hatten wir so noch nicht ! - Cathrine und Pascal sind diskrete Gastgeber und geben auf Nachfrage gerne Tipps. Die Ausstattung ist gut und mit der Lage insgesamt einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

A Quiet, Private Retreat

My husband and I stayed in this lovely 2 bedroom flat in early October 22. It is completely separate from the owner's home and perhaps the most immaculate, well equipped place we have ever stayed anywhere. The place feels brand new. We used it as a home base to explore all the quaint Basque towns around the countryside. Close to towns and markets. While we had great cell service here, we essentially had no WIFI for the duration. The service in their home does not adequately extent to the unit and we just gave up. If you need WIFI, talk to the owner before booking. Otherwise, a perfect stay!

Location St Pée sur Nivelle

Très belle expérience, une semaine ultra sympa au calme, appartement très spacieux et impeccable où tout est pensé pour qu’on s’y sente bien. Les propriétaires sont discrets et pas envahissants, jolie piscine avec vue sur la vallée, tout est proche, Biarritz et St Jean de Luz, je ne peux que recommander vivement.

Best of the Basque Country

Best of the Pays Basque can be accessed easily from here . Just into the hills by La Rhune but very close to the coast. Comfortable gite next to the home of friendly helpful owners. Our second visit to the area ,but not the last and this is where we will plan to stay.
