The apartment located in the heart of Ortigia, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2005 and included in the World Heritage List, is only 150 meters from the Talete car park.
The apartment located on the ground floor on one level develops in an open-space design complete with sofa and comfortable Smart TV with the possibility of using Streaming services.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary accessories for your best stay and is equipped with a "Lavazza" coffee machine.
The bed is very spacious, equipped with convenient electrical outlets and a nearby USB for your smartphones and the air conditioning and soft lights create the ideal atmosphere for relaxing.
The bathroom is very comfortable and equipped with a very spacious walk-in shower, the wifi connection and all the accessories of the house are just some of the many comforts of the apartment.
