The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your stay pleasant, it has: ceramic hob, fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.
In the first room we find a 1.35cm bed. The second room has a double bed, next to it is the bathroom with shower.
From the living room up the spiral staircase is the terrace, which has a hatch with hydraulic suspensions to open it.. This fantastic terrace has a barbecue, outdoor furniture and hammocks, where you can enjoy sunny summer days.
The urbanization in which it is located has outdoor parking, mini golf, a children's park, walking areas and a community pool, both for adults and children. The swimming pool will be open for swimming from 15.06 to 15.09.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
