About this property

Very cosy Townhouse 5 minutes walking to the beach

Semi-detached house situated in a cul-de-sac very close to the shops and restaurants of Playa del Pals and only 500m from Platja del Racó. On the ground floor is the garage which is used as a laundry room and where there is also a shower room to use when coming from the beach. In front of the garage there is space to leave the car.
The house is accessed via a flight of eleven stairs. You enter through the living room where there is also the dining room and a fully fitted open plan kitchen.
On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a small terrace.
There is a small backyard with barbecue.
