Villa Nascosta is offering a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests. It is located in a small Istrian village "Kacana", only 4 km away from Vodnjan and 14 km from Pula. Only 10 km of car drive is needed to reach lovely beaches in Fažana and Peroj.

This holiday house is part of a row of connected houses. With an indoor area of 100 m2, it provides a cozy living space.

The private pool, sauna and private bathrooms will surely create an impression of exclusivity for all guests.

The ground floor features an open-plan layout, connecting the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room has a couch and chairs for relaxation, while the dining area has a small table and chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a fireplace/barbecue. What makes the kitchen unique is its versatility - the space can be adjusted to suit your preference - whether half-open, open, or closed with a glass sliding wall. When opened, it seamlessly connects with the outdoor space near the pool, creating a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor living.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, TVs, and air conditioning.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom, one with a shower, and the other with a bath and shower.

Outside, there is a 14 m2 private pool surrounded by greenery. The house also offers three parking plots for convenience.

Amazing host!

The property is lovely - built and decorated with attention to style and product. 5* Host met us for both arrival and departure and provided a surprising number of edible treats, including fresh milk from a nearby farm. Very quiet during our stay. Beds are comfortable. Everything you might need is provided, with the exception of shower products. The pool looks lovely but too cold when we were there to enjoy more than sitting beside it! Nearby casual restaurants Buffalo and Konoba Klarici are worth a try. We loved dining by the ocean in Fazana. Get specific directions as google ans waze will direct you to another area. the road is not marked where you turn, but easy once you know. Would definitely stay again.
