- Spacious south-facing open-plan living-dining-kitchen area.
- Fully fitted kitchen with ample storage, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and American-style fridge-freezer.
- Living area with comfy L-shaped sofa, easy chair, and dining table for six.
- Stairs lead to the first floor.
