A spacious house which worked perfectly for our girls holiday. A short walking distance to the beach and several fantastic restaurants.

Pet friendly. Suitable for our family. It would be nice to have a hot tub to use after long walks along the lovely northumberland coast but other than that the house was lovely and suited our needs.

Nice house and lovely location

Nice house with plenty of room for our family. Lovely location near the beach with plenty of walks from the doorstep. Helpful host where nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely property in an excellent condition. Good sized rooms and 4 good sized bedrooms. The garden is enclosed so good for dog owners. Short walk to Beadnell beach. The lounge/dining area was comfortable and good for families.I would however note that the property needs a thorough clean and a review of the kitchen utensils/crockery/glasses. Crockery/glass items have obviously been broken and not replaced and so they are missing-matched.The ovens are very dirty and need a thorough clean - we did not use them on account of being dirty. The showers in both main and en-suite bathrooms have mould on them. I bought some cleaner and cleaned the en-suite shower but it still needs a thorough clean. The house itself is very good, the beds are comfortable and I would return to it/recommend it but it does need a deep clean.

Mixed feelings about this property - Great location, Quiet estate, Detached, Good garden space, enough room inside for our 4 adult group. Negatives - charged £125 for cleaning after a 2 night stay however property was basically clean but en suite shower very mouldy, Crumbs in sofa cushions, could have been there for months, Dirty windows, Freezer ice logged, Wooden Garden furniture rotten in places, Grass needed cutting, Weeds in all paving and driveway, Dining chair cushions and parts of sofa very worn and uncomfortable, Couldn’t open garage for recycling bins as fob wouldn’t work, Rusty radiators, Hallway radiator - not possible to turn off despite heat. Invoice stated £7 for parking on drive - however outside the property on roadside is free. Having now read reviews from the past few years we see that these issues are not new and have not been rectified - shame, seems the management don’t really care, it was ok but could have been amazing. Have been to this area many times and will return but wouldn’t recommend or return to this property.
