Alles in allem gut. Schönes Cottage mit super kurzem Weg zum Meer. Nur 2 Sachen haben uns gestört:Der Zugang zum Grundstück ist offen und es gibt kein Tor welches man verschließen kann. Hundebesitzer sollten dies wissen, wenn sie Ihren Hund im Garten freilaufen lassen möchten.Das Zweite waren die Betten. Im Haus war nur Platz für 3 Erwachsene / größere Kinder. 3 Betten konnten wegen der Größe oder des max. Gewichts (50kg) nicht genutzt werden. Es gibt zwar noch ein kleines Nebenhaus mit 2 weiteren Betten aber ohne Toilette und es war auch nicht so komfortabel, Sauber und schön.Für eine Familie mit 3 maximal 4 kleinen Kindern ist es Ok.PS: ein Tipp noch - parkt nicht unter den Kiefern am Anfang des Grundstücks sondern fahrt weiter durch neben das Haus. Das spart viel Arbeit nach dem Urlaub der Reinigung des Auto Dachs etc. vom Harz!

Fijn vakantiehuis, erg compleet, bedden waren prima, genoeg zitplaatsen. Fijne grote tuin, goed afgezet voor honden. Fijn terras om te zonnen en de fazanten familie door de tuin te zien scharrelen. Alleen de afsluiting bij de oprit was wel dicht maar kon beter. Jammer was dat er niet echt een zandstrand is om op te wandelen.

Nebensaison

Schönes, gut eingerichtetes Haus, toller Garten, TOP Lage! Einziger (großer) Nachteil: In der Nebensaison (Anfang Sept.) wurde täglich auf Nachbargrundstücken gesägt, gerodet, gebaggert, Rasen gemäht, teilweise mit schweren Maschinen... Extrem laut tagsüber, nachts schön ruhig.

Super Lage, tolles Haus mit schönem Garten, fast direkt am Strand. In der Nebensaison leider sehr viel Bautätigkeit mit schwerem Gerät, Sägen, Rasen mähen auf Nachbargrundstücken. Tagsüber sehr laut, nachts schön ruhig.
