Spacious 1 bedroom type apartment with about 80 m2 situated on the ground floor and with privileged access to the condominium pool, great green areas, spacious and well decorated. 24 hours before your arrival, you will receive a message from me in order to best coordinate your arrival time. Our Meet and Greet will always be at the property.

The accommodation is located in one of the quietest areas of Albufeira and within walking distance of the centre where you can find stores, restaurants, pharmacy, markets and banks.

We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:
• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm: 45 euros

• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros
• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros

Rental services:
• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay
• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay

Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).
• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.
• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).
• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.

A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.
