Attractive open plan living space with corner sofa for relaxing in front of the widescreen TV (with FreeSat which is a satellite TV service offering over 200 TV & radio channels) There is a dining table that seats 4 people where you can relax and eat or work.

There is a fully equipped modern kitchen, which has everything you need if you want to stay in and cook instead of eating out, including;

- Saucepans, plates, mugs, glasses, knives, cutlery, bowls, wooden spoons, etc

- Oven and Hob
- Combined Washer/Dryer

The bedroom have a double bed, all hotel quality linen and towels are provided. There are built in wardrobes with plenty of space available.

In bathroom your will find a bath tub with shower enclosure, toilet & sink.
Also provided are free small complimentary toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel & toilet roll)

Guest access
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.

Other things to note
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.

Additional rules
- Parties are strictly prohibited
- Extra guests are not allowed
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm.
- Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
- This is your home in London, please care for it as such
- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
