A comfortable and welcoming villa, “Villa dei Nonni” is located across from the famous Tonnarella Beach in Mazara del Vallo. The villa is arranged over two levels; outside, there is a veranda equipped with two large umbrellas, tables and chairs, a barbecue area, a small garden, and convenient parking. The veranda leads to a furnished living area that connects directly to the kitchen and the two bathrooms (one indoor and one outdoor), the master bedroom, and a small single bedroom, while the ground floor features two additional master bedrooms with ocean views. The rear of the property features a convenient laundry area. The interior spaces are equipped with independent air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet access. This property is ideal for a family or a group of friends looking to spend their holiday near the sea in total relaxation and can accommodate up to 7 people.
