The home, recently renovated and furnished, is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. Located about 400 metres from the centre of Moliterno; the area features a museum, a scenic bike and walking path, a supermarket (200 metres away), a picnic area, and various amenities. Accommodates up to 9 guests using the sofa bed in the dining room and the extra bed in the lower part of the attic. The dining-living room and bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs.
Centrally located for excursions and hikes in the Papa and Sirino Mountains, on Mount Alpi, to the Conserva di Lauria (with ski lifts open in winter), Lake Laudemio, the Grumentum Archaeological Park, the Certosa di Padula, and the Sassi di Matera.
