Access to the private ground-floor storage unit gives Unit 406 guests use of beach chairs, umbrellas, a large canopy, cooler, boogie boards, children's beach toys, and more. Designed for easy beach living, the condo comfortably accommodates families and couples with a king primary suite, two queen beds, in-unit laundry, reserved covered parking, elevator access and a well-stocked kitchen equipped for everything from morning coffee on the balcony to family dinners after a day at the beach.

The well-maintained Oceanside complex features a heated pool, hot tub, direct beach access, and a picnic area with a gas grill. The beach directly in front of Oceanside is typically quieter and less crowded than many nearby stretches of sand, offering plenty of room to relax, and enjoy the Gulf Coast.

We purchased this unit to escape the frigid Minnesota and Wisconsin winters. Just as we do, we hope you will find enjoyment and relaxation at our beach condo in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida.

Why they chose this property

We took our first vacation to Indian Rocks Beach in 2008 and fell in love with it's beautiful beaches, breathtaking sunsets and quaint, small-town charm. Oceanside Condominiums is a small, 20-unit complex with heated pool, hot tub and gas grill. Conveniently located to many great restaurants.

What makes this property unique

This corner unit condo is located at the beginning of the "Narrows" of Indian Rocks Beach and offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and Gulf Intercoastal Waterway. Taller ceilings and skylights are unique to this top floor unit and flood the space with lots of natural light.
