Located in the area of Aigua Gelida and just 900 meters from the beach of Tamariu, Villa Crab is a splendid house with 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms, it is the ideal place where to enjoy the beautiful beaches and coves of the Costa Brava.

Developed on two levels on the ground floor we have a very nice grass garden, with a beautiful view of the countryside, with the swimming pool 8x4 meters, the equipped terrace with sunbeds, there is also a large covered loggia with relax areas for reading and chatting, a dining space for the summer dinners outside and the barbecue.

Moving inside an ample living room, with big glass window that let enter a beautiful natural light and offer a nice view on the garden, there is a big fireplace, for the cooler days, cozy sofas, the TV and the fully equipped kitchen, where to prepare delightful meals togheter.

Villa Crab can accomodate comfortably 10 person with its 5 bedrooms, all located on the firs floor. There are two suite with a double bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub, direct access to the panoramic terrace, two others room have two single beds, the last bedroom has a sofa bed and a private bathroom with shower.

The guest will appreciate the the wi fi connection, the DVD player, the washing- dryer machine, the central heating.
This is the place where to spend a relaxing holiday in Costa Brava with friends and the family, in a private ambient with all the comfort.



Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
Safety fence around the pool, or fenced on demand
Pool has no swimming guard

The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
