Holiday home with panoramic views, hot tub, sauna and electric charging station - unique location by the Limfjord This electrically heated holiday home with outdoor hot tub, sauna and panoramic views of the Limfjord is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, right by a small lake - with a unique view of both lake and fjord. The view is truly unique and stunning. Enjoy the day or evening on the terrace and feel the peace and quiet. Here you can see cranes, ducks and deer roaming just outside the house. The house sleeps up to four people with two double beds (plus the option to use the sofa bed in the extra room). The kitchen was renovated in 2023 and is equipped with a dishwasher. The living room has a TV with Apple TV, a wood-burning stove and a heat pump that provides both comfort and warmth. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The outdoor hot tub has a direct view of the water and there is also an ice bath/cold water tub for the brave. There is also a sauna in the bathing area for relaxation and well-being after a dip. In the garden there is a shelter with room for four people and an electric charging station for electric cars. There is also an outdoor shower with hot water and both charcoal and gas grills on the terrace. Note: The hot tub is available from April 1 through week 42. Not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
