Barbara was an exemplary host and the house was exactly what we hoped it would be. We enjoyed the pool, the privacy and the villages and towns within easy reach with a car. Very well equipped and lots of thought has gone into the set up of this holiday home. Thank you for a very relaxing stay.

Wonderful Days in Vosteni

Wonderful Days in Vosteni Starting with a warm welcome from Denis, who gave us lots of tips for our vacation, we spent 14 wonderful days in Istria. Even on the cold days, Denis made things cozy by providing extra wood for the wonderful open fireplace. Eggs from the neighbor, a konoba serving local specialties (ham, pasta, and truffles), olive oil and wine from Denis and a nearby distillery treated us to a culinary feast. Such warm hospitality is rare to find. The property itself is charming and beautifully furnished in every detail—from the washing machine to the kitchen. A large pool with crystal-clear water rounds out the picture. So—the four of us (two couples) felt very much at home.

Mornings by the pool were my favorite—just birdsong and coffee, nothing else. The kitchen was well-equipped for family meals, and the evenings on the terrace were unforgettable. Whoever curated this place clearly poured their heart into it. It’s rare to find a spot that feels both luxurious and truly welcoming. We'll carry this feeling with us for a long time.

Peace, Privacy, and Pure Bliss

I usually don’t write reviews, but this one deserves it. We booked last-minute, hoping to just get away from the noise—and wow, did this place deliver. Total peace, zero stress. The garden felt like a private oasis, and the interior was spotless. There was something about the air, the light, the silence... I don’t even know how to describe it. We left feeling lighter. Grateful doesn’t even cover it.

Wunderschöne Tage in Vosteni Angefangen mit einem herzlichen Empfang durch Denis, der uns viele Tipps für unseren Urlaub gab, verbrachten wir 14 wundervolle Tage in Istrien. Selbst an den kälteren Tagen sorgte Denis für Gemütlichkeit, indem er uns zusätzliches Holz für den herrlichen offenen Kamin bereitstellte. Eier vom Nachbarn, eine Konoba mit lokalen Spezialitäten (Schinken, Pasta und Trüffel), Olivenöl und Wein von Denis sowie aus einer nahegelegenen Brennerei verwöhnten uns mit einem kulinarischen Festmahl. Eine solch herzliche Gastfreundschaft findet man selten. Das Anwesen selbst ist charmant und bis ins kleinste Detail wunderschön eingerichtet – von der Waschmaschine bis zur Küche. Ein großer Pool mit kristallklarem Wasser rundet das Bild ab. Wir vier (zwei Paare) haben uns also sehr wohl gefühlt.

Einfach traumhaft!

Wir haben hier eine wundervolle Woche verbracht! Das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – alles war sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben uns die ruhige Umgebung und der schöne Außenbereich mit Pool. Abends saßen wir oft lange draußen und haben den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Es war wirklich Erholung pur, fernab vom Alltag. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!
