Host was very responsive and the apartment was clean. It is in a decent location only a short walk to the old town or the train/bus station. The beds are ok but not anything special. It is a fine space for the price, but if you are more than a single or couple you must stick together because there is only one set of keys. The photos are not really representative of the condition of the furniture, which is quite worn and shabby. The freezer was unusable because it was frozen over and the shelf in the bathroom was loose and unable to hold anything. I would call this a mediocre apartment but a relatively good value.

The location of the apartment was excellent - a five minute walk from the bus station and about a seven minute walk to Ljubliana old town. Lots of great places to eat close by too. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed one night with our family of four; apt is compact but adequate. Could use a little updating, but works for in town stay near shopping. Good location in City Center with ten minute walk to bus, train or car rental. Responsive host.

Great location and proximity to the bus/train station and the pedestrian zone, a 10 minute walk to all. The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. A parking garage right next door made parking a breeze.

Great location in the city center with easy walkability to old town and more. We appreciated this the most as we were able to easily see everything we wanted to in our one night in town. Communication was great beginning on the day of check in, however, we did not receive check in information until I reached out as we were arriving to the city. I had reached out a few times requesting assistance with parking and check in prior to our stay and did not receive a response until the day of our stay.

clean, excellent messaging communication with host, shooing very conveniently same building around the corner, very near city center. a few things: shower very small with no door even though there is a drein right outside shower stall and squeegee. no extra paper towels, no hand- or fish towel for kitchen, no extra linens/towels, but might be available if messaging the host.

I chose this property based on previous reviews but my experience was very different. Pros:-Good location, short walk from the old town, supermarkets nearby-Spacious apartment for 2 people, plenty of wardrobe storage-Clean-Modern decor-Value for money-Good instructions for finding the apartment and using the various keys needed to re-enterCons:-Communication. I sent messages through Vrbo 15 days and 10 days before check-in with no reply. I sent a Whatsapp message 8 days before - no reply. I contacted Vrbo the next day. They contacted the owner who eventually contacted me hours later. Check-in info should be available 72 hours before but I had to chase to get this the day before.When I arrived, I was supposed to buzz the outer doorbell to be let in, but this wasn't responded to, so I had to call.-Broken/damaged itemsNo door on shower and poor draining which meant that the bathroom flooded. I had to interrupt my shower to get out and push the water down the drain in the bathroom floor.Kitchen shelf hanging off wallBathroom shelf hanging off wall.Toilet roll holder brokenSurface material on chair in living area all peeled off.No washing up items provided and stained tea towel.No info pack-Nowhere to put washbags in bathroom due to broken shelf and flooding floor-Basic amount of kitchen items - eg 3 dinner knives, not even enough for 2 people when needing to prepare and eat food without washing them up - this is supposed to be a 4 person apartment.

Great layout in this roomy apartment. The parking garage isn’t free, but it is very convenient (it is under the building complex; once you figure the doors out, you don’t even have to go outside to get from apartment to car, super in bad weather). Location is terrific, with outstanding restaurants (Wonderland, also a taqueria) plus two grocery stores nearby. Less than a ten-minute walk to the river and Christmas market stalls.
Since other guests mentioned the lack of a shower curtain being an issue, we brought our own, along with a tension rod.
