The beautiful regency apartment offers bright open plan living, modern minimalist design and stunning sea views from its floor to ceiling bay window and balcony.

Watch a movie on the 4K projector, luxuriate in the bathroom with heated floors, or just relax in the sun-filled balcony with its beautiful sea view.

Enter the regency building and make your way up in the lift to the apartment where you are greeted with high ceilings, sun-filled rooms and spacious open plan living that has been designed and styled with your comfort in mind.

The living space is the heart of the home with its huge floor to ceiling bay window offering views of west pier and the ocean beyond. Slide up the sash window and step out onto the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sun go down in the evening.

There is a comfortable sofa loaded with cushions opposite a widescreen HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV and Netflix to keep you entertained. On a cool night, snuggle up on the couch and enjoy a movie night in with a huge 4k projector and Bose soundbar.

The kitchen comes fully equipped to handle any meal with an integrated fridge/freezer, an oven, stovetop, microwave, a Moccamaster coffee machine and a dishwasher.

Step through into the main bedroom which offers a large kingsize bed topped with Egyptian cotton linen and luxuriously soft and warm duvets for the perfect night’s sleep.

The second bedroom is perched up in the loft space and is accessed by a wooden ladder. Within the loft is yet another comfortable kingsize bed with two floor lamps to light up the cozy space.

The pristine bathroom features a fully tiled wet room with a large rainwater shower and separate hand shower. There is a relaxing freestanding bath and a wall hung basin stocked with lovely hand wash and bath soaps along with heated towel rails and floors.

There is a laundry space with a washer/dryer that guests are welcome to use along with complimentary detergent to keep you feeling fresh and ready to go.

As a bonus, guests can come and go without any hassle with access to your own private residential car park which is a life saver in Brighton especially in such a central position opposite high street.

Cavendish place is parallel to Preston Street which is full of life, pubs and restaurants. The apartment is in central Brighton right on the seafront and close to all the action while still being in a quiet street.
Brighton is bursting with attractions and things to do. There are museums, an outlandish Royal Palace, a beautiful beach, superb shopping, late-night pubs, the British Airways i360 observation deck British Airways i360 and the iconic Brighton Pier with amusements, rides and sweeping ocean views.
In the heart of the city, you’ll find the Brighton Pavilion that was built for King George IV, who had architect John Nash reimagine it into the domed Indian style palace, a must see when visiting Brighton.
Wander down the colourful network of shopping streets known as The Lanes that are awash with vintage gear, antiques, boho boutiques and cozy cafes.
Brighton is also a great base for exploring the South Downs National Park, home to the stunning Seven Sisters cliffs and some of southern England’s most charming villages.

The best way to get around Bright is on foot or by bike with all the main attractions and sights close by.
You can also get around by car with very sought-after parking included with your stay. You can catch a taxi or use a rideshare app like Uber.
Buses run along the seafront and from the high street with two basic fares from £2.40 for a single journey or a flat rate of £4.70 for unlimited travel all day.
The apartment is a convenient 15 minutes from mainline station which has direct trains to Gatwick, London Victoria and London Bridge.
