Girlie weekend

This was a cute cottage perfect location for a quiet relaxing time. Top of our to do list was to explore Arundel Castle and gardens and this was just a 10 min short drive away. We also discovered the local footpaths thanks to the Ordnance Survey map in the cottage so we did a circular walk to Littlehampton across the fields and back along the beach. Hope to stay again at some point.

Lovely cottage

We loved the cottage, it was very clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative we could say is that the kitchen was quite difficult to work in. It was ok for preparing very simple meals, but there was not a lot of workspace. Other than that, we were very happy, our dog didn't want to leave!

The property was very clean and nicely apportioned. It was a lovely area and a 5 minute walk to the beach across the field at the bottom of the lane. We were able to walk on the sore to LIttlehampton and we caught a bus back. We enjoyed going to the Weald and Downland museum and Petworth House. Chichester is a good city and a lovely canal walk down to the marina with lots of wildlife to see. At the marina there is a cafe with a limited menu but a nice restaurant just further down. We enjoyed our stay which was very relaxing and what we need.
