Great location on the beach, appartement functional. It would be useful to have cleaner windows to admire the beautiful beachfront setting. Also a few there were a few cobwebs on the wall corners and some dusty furniture. Would have also loved a single bed for us parents. Overall great location, several beach restaurants and play ground areas for kids. Only housecleaning needs improvement

It start with the service for bagage I was alone heard after I arrived in my house on the beach that I get only 2 bagage to my house I had many backs with me my husband game later that week. When I want home alone in the stormy rainy cold weather in the winter the service of bagage didn't work that day. Terrible all the bagages. Also the first day was a big in insect in the bedroom no good experience 2 begin with.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ​ich wende mich an Sie, um mich über die unzumutbaren Zustände in der Beach Villa Nr. 25 während unseres Aufenthalts (3 Personen, 3 Nächte, Gesamtpreis 1.370 €) zu beschweren. ​Dass in Strandnähe etwas Sand oder Staub reingeweht wird, ist nachvollziehbar. Die hygienischen Zustände vor Ort lassen jedoch darauf schließen, dass vor unserer Anreise überhaupt keine ordnungsgemäße Endreinigung durchgeführt wurde: ​Eigene Reinigungsnotwendigkeit: Den Esstisch mussten wir selbst dreimal mit jeweils neuen Feuchttüchern gründlich abwischen, da er völlig verdreckt war. ​Hundehaare im Haus: Hundehaare befanden sich auf dem Sofa sowie auf den Böden, was meine Frau beim eigenen Fegen feststellen musste. ​Weitere Hygienemängel: Verschmutzte Fenster, Spinnen im Schlafbereich, eine dicke Staubschicht hinter den Kopfkissen und eine extrem langsame Internetverbindung. ​Wir haben zu Beginn versucht, einzelne Punkte zu ignorieren, jedoch summierten sich die Mängel von Tag zu Tag. Für einen Preis von knapp 450 € pro Nacht ist dieser Zustand in keiner Weise akzeptabel. Ich erwarte von Ihnen eine umgehende Stellungnahme sowie eine angemessene Rückerstattung. ​Mit freundlichen Grüßen Ömer Altuntop

Eigentlich müsste man hier jetzt schreiben das alles fürchterlich war das niemand auf die Idee kommt es zu buchen und man immer zu jeder Zeit selber buchen kann. Weil es war einfach wunderbar den Strand nicht zu verlassen über drei Tage einfach nur am Stand zu sein war das Gefühl von purem Luxus und ( im Sommer ) Nachts die Tür am Balkon auf zu lassen und das Meer zu hören war wunderbar.

Im Fernseher funktionierte die Fernbedienung gut, so konnte ich nach dem Abendessen bequem fernsehen. Alleine mobil unterwegs sein klappte gut: Parkplätze lagen nah und alles andere erreicht man leicht zu Fuß oder über Wege vom Strand.

Kurz vor dem Reiseantritt wurde der Gepäckservice abgesagt. Die versprochenen Bollerwagen waren dann alle weg. Seit Monaten war ich im Austausch, weil ich gerne ein Haus im der Nähe der Restaurants gehabt hätte. Meine mitreisende Mutter kann nicht so viel laufen. Es gab hier zu keinem Zeitpunkt ein Lösungsangebot. Das Geschirr und Besteck war teilweise noch dreckig. Für 400 € pro Nacht habe ich eine andere Erwartung. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und professionell.

Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Beachvillas bieten die Villas in Hoek van Holland deutlich mehr Platz und verfügen zudem um ein recht modernes Erscheinungsbild. Man kann einen relativ ungestörten Urlaub verbringen, wenn man was braucht, ist das Personal an der Rezeption jedoch ansprechbar und auch hilfsbereit.
