Whether the occasion is a vacation, family reunion, company outing, or birthday, this house is perfect for creating the setting for an unforgettable stay. This holiday home is out of the ordinary with its large beams, unique architectural style, and plenty of extra space and comfort. With great respect for the building material, which consists almost exclusively of enormous logs, emphasis has been placed on unique and special solutions. The large tree trunks, each of which is unique and has its own distinctive character, ensure both fantastic acoustics and a unique indoor climate, but also form the basis for the wonderful atmosphere that quickly allows you to relax, which fits perfectly with Læsø's DNA. The main house consists of two bedroom sections with three bedrooms and two bathrooms in each wing, connected by the large living room, which is the natural gathering point of the house, with a sofa group, dining areas, and kitchen. The kitchen is practically designed with a cooking island with two sinks, two dishwashers, and a hob with a built-in extractor hood. In addition, there are two ovens, two refrigerators, one freezer, and a microwave. The living room is adorned in the middle by the large floor-to-ceiling fireplace, which nicely ties the kitchen and living room together. The annex consists of 3 bedrooms. From the living room, you can step out into the lovely, bright 100 m² conservatory with even more space for enjoying meals or entertaining yourself with pool/billiards. The main house also has access to the large terrace, which offers, for example, a lovely outdoor kitchen and two wilderness baths. This terrace also connects the main house with the annex building with three bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as the sauna and the cozy pool house. The terrace area continues all the way around the house, so there are plenty of opportunities to find a cozy nook, and from the conservatory you can walk directly out onto the lawn with space for ball games and fun. The entire garden is fenced in so that dogs or small children cannot run away. One of the unique features of this house is that it can accommodate a few people without feeling large, and it can accommodate many people without feeling cramped. It is possible to be together in close quarters and to retreat when you need some peace and quiet. Almost no matter where you are in and around the house, you can keep track of activities going on around you. The house has 4 hectares of forest and lake, which you are welcome to use for excursions and adventures. Close to the house is Østerby Harbor, a cozy fishing and marina where you can watch the local fishermen come in with their catch of the day of lobsters. A few meters from the harbor is a child-friendly beach, and from here you can also experience the most beautiful sunset, weather permitting. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
