22 m² studio very well furnished, comfortable for 4 people including:

- an entrance with cupboard

- a bathroom: bath, storage unit, WC

- a kitchenette with 4 electric hot plates, oven, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, raclette service, pierrade, microwave, barbecue

- a main room: a BZ 2 people (large bed 160cm by 200cm) and an alcove with 2 bunk beds

You will find all the comfort and utensils necessary for a good holiday. You have a view of the valley which will allow you to take full advantage of the balcony. This family resort of Maurienne is part of the Sybelles ski area with 310 km of slopes between 6 stations. The altitude varies from 1550 to 2640 m. It also offers you numerous activities such as a two-seater paragliding flight, snowmobile ride, introduction to dog sledding, freestyle training, snowshoeing, torchlight descent, powder snow, alpine skiing and cross-country skiing, Nordic walking. With a heated outdoor swimming pool (30 ° summer and winter), sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, sports and fitness room, but also everything you need for your children: Nursery, kindergarten with toboggan run , sports tournaments, first slides and the French family ski championship (a sort of relay promoting family spirit) .You can relax in the evenings in bars, pubs, nightclubs, games rooms, cinema.

En arrivant ouverture avec le concierge qui nous a aimablement conduit jusque l'appartement ouverture de la porte ,une bonne odeur de renfermé ,ouverture du volet et de la porte fenêtre et la des belle tâches sur le clic clac ,sur oreilles sur la couette ,j essaye d'ouvrir le clic clac des chaussettes et autre chose en dessous .j en fait part à mon hôte qui me dit que si cela ne me convient pas je n'ai qu'à partir ....belle réponse quand on a déjà bloquer des excursion cela est facile ....le ménage n'a pas était effectuer et ce qui m'embête le plus c'est que la 1er photo de l'annonce la photo d'accrocher on voit la piscine sauf que cela est la piscine municipale est que il faut la payer pourquoi la mettre en photo d'accrocher???pour plus de détails j'ai les photos de l'appartement à notre arrivée .mais cela ne va rien changer .je croyais que en passant par abritel je ne serai pas dessus....

Monsieur , je pense que vous vous trompez d annonce car la photo d accroche comme vous dites est l Intérieur de notre appartement et pas de la piscine ! Je pense que vous découvrez le système de location saisonnière. L appartement était propre car je l ai moi même nettoyé quand j y suis allé 2 semaines avant ( voir le Tour de France ) . Je n ai jamais eu de mauvais commentaires surtout au prix très bas que nous pratiquons ! Nous apportons la Qualité à prix bas surtout en été ! Navré que cela ne vous ait pas plus .

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour (couple avec enfant de 10 et 7 ans), un adulte de plus aurait fait un peu serré. Tout se fait à pieds. Le retour en ski est top. Nous avons trouvé plus simple de prendre le télésiège de la voix lactée pour commencer la journée. L’appartement est propre et bien équipé.

Appartement situé dans l'immeuble Pégase Phenix vers le bas de la station proche du télésiège de la voie lactée. Conforme à l'annonce, nous étions 5 (2 adultes et 3 enfants) Mobilier adapté à l'espace réduit (lits pliables, table pliable et chaises pliables). Couchages de bonne qualité, petite salle de bain rénovée qui dispose d'une grande douche.

Séjour agréable. Appartement au pied des pistes. Attention pour la remise des clés, le concierge n'ouvre pas avant 16h30. Par conséquent pas besoin d'arriver trop tôt sinon il faudra attendre .
