This characteristic house, with a 1930s look & feel, is rurally located in the village of Zuidzande in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. With a wide view over the farmlands behind the house, you will experience a maximum feeling of peace and space here. The attractive spacious house has been modernized and is therefore fully equipped. There is plenty of space around the house to enjoy the outdoors, both at the front and at the rear. A nice place to celebrate your holiday! This detached house is located on a spacious plot. At the front of the house, next to the driveway, is a spacious front garden with lots of greenery and beautiful plants. Through the front door you reach the hall with toilet from where you step into the living room. The living room at the front has a cozy sitting area with a sofa and two separate chairs near the television. The beautiful windows frame the rural view that you have from the living room. In the living room there is also a dining area for 6 people with a large table and comfortable chairs. The sliding doors at the dining area have a beautiful view over the garden, but also endlessly in the distance over the lands behind the house. Next to the living room, the kitchen is located separately. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee machine and a Senseo coffee machine. In the kitchen there is a small sitting area consisting of a table for two people, where you can have a quiet breakfast or chat while cooking. It is wonderful to sit here with a view over the garden. On the ground floor you will find one of the 3 bedrooms. This bedroom has a single bed (90x200cm) and there is a small ensuite bathroom with shower and sink. On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200cm) and a wardrobe. On this floor, the second bathroom of this house is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, storage cupboard and a second toilet. The garden surrounds the house so you could sit both in front and behind. The backyard is equipped with a garden table that seats 6 people. There is a terrace (25m2) and a piece of grass. Here you sit wonderfully private and you can look endlessly over the land behind the house. In the house you can use a washing machine and dryer, which are in the storage cupboard in the bathroom on the ground floor. For small children up to and including 2 years, there is a high chair and a foldable baby cot. The dog can also enjoy this nice rural environment, the garden is completely fenced so that he / she can walk around freely. One four-legged friend is allowed in this house. You can park in front of the house in the driveway with space for 2 cars.
