Vacanza a Camogli

La vacanza non e' iniziata nel migliore dei modi....(ascensore inutilizzabile, assenza totale di ventilatori visto il gran caldo, doccino doccia rotto, poche stoviglie) ma al 3 giorno la Sig. Carolina gentilissima e professionale ha risolto le problematiche consentendoci di continuare la vacanza. Sarebbe meglio fornire un altro mazzo di chiavi se le persone sono piu' di 2. Quanto all'ascensore toglietela dalle Info visto che esiste ma non e' utilizzabile priseguirw la vacanza

La situazione descritta non corrisponde al nostro standard di servizio e per questo la nostra collega Carolina è intervenuta per risolvere le problematiche menzionate. Abbiamo provveduto a verificare lo stato dell'ascensore e ad aggiungere ventilatori e stoviglie per rendere l'appartamento più confortevole.
