A super comfortable converted barn. Everything was high spec. Lovely and clean. Plenty of kitchen equipment, cutlery, crockery etc. Smart TVs in all rooms! being an old building, it was quite cool in the extreme temperatures we experienced during our stay.Good parking for 2/3 carsPet friendly which was a bonus for us bringing our lab retriever. Main flooring was wood with a bit of slip resistance which was good.Location was good to explore the canal walks/run/cycle/riding routes. Some great pubs in the location within 15 minutes drive.Lincoln City worth an explore. Queen Elizabeth's Park run was worth doing and a simple walk down to the Grammar School where it is held. Just a steep hill back home but a good cool down!Owners were really quick in replying to any questions

Lovely comfortable and clean cottage for our family weekend to celebrate a birthday.

Lovely comfortable and clean cottage for our family weekend to celebrate a birthday. We didn't know the area at all, and enjoyed exploring Horncastle - and being able to walk into it - had a lovely evening in Montebellos. Thank you so much to Abi for all your help and suggestions. It's a well equipped house, but a small suggestion of more chopping boards to protect surfaces!
